What is the STA or Single Tooth Anesthesia System?

STA is a computer controlled local anesthetic device that delivers local anesthetic in a very slow and controlled manner with sensitive pressure feedback greatly reducing pain and anxiety. More information can be found atMilestone Scientific.

What is The Wand hand-piece?

The Wand hand-piece works in conjuction with the STA system.  It is a thin and light weight pen-like delivery system making the injection more comfortable.

What is prescription topical anesthetic?

We special order this custom made jelly-like topical that is first applied with a cotton tip.  It provides profound numbing and is an easy way to get started.

What is Nitrous Oxide Sedation?

Nitrous Oxide, also called “laughing gas” is a safe, efficient method to relieve common dental anxiety. It is administered through a soft nasal hood and can produce feelings of euphoria, relaxation and decreased sensitivity. Unlike other sedative options, with Nitrous Oxide you usually do not need an escort and can drive yourself home.
